Tender for supply of switch off timer for geysers with selectable option of 01 to 60 minutes duration and maxim um load capacity of 3.0 kw suitable to work on 230 volts, 50 hz ac single phase supply housed in enclosur e made of crca sheet 01 mm thick of dimensions 180 mm * 160 mm * 120 mm. detailed technical specific ation as follows: a. switch off timer/interval timer: switch off timer unit shall have manual selectio n of switch off time range of 0-60 minutes with following features: 1. accuracy setting +/- 5% of fs, 2. res et: on interruption of power, reset time < 100 ms 3. output contact: dpdt 2 c/o 4. contact rating: 5a @ 230 volts ac 50 hz, 5. timer range: 0-60 min, 6. supply voltage: 120-240 v ac, 7. power consumption: 2 v a max, 8. mounting: din rail/back panel, b. switchgears: all switch gears used in panel shall be approve d by railways and supplier has to take prior approval before manufacturing 1. 25 a 3-pole power contactor- 01 no. at load side, 2. 25 a dp mcb- 01 no at incoming side 3. led indicator 4. 15 a socket, 5. 1 5 a plug with 1 metre 3 core 2.5 sq.mm copper cable, 6. 4 sq.mm cable shall be used for wiring the above items, c. panel board: the panel board will be cubicle type, wall mounting design, the panel will be fabri cated out of 1 mm thick crca sheet steel of dimensions 180mm160mm120mm. the enclosure will be pre -treated as per 7 tanks process and finished with powder coating. the degree protection of the panel is ip42 d. general requirements: 1. the unit shall be suitable for wall mounting/ hanging type, 2. the unit sho uld be compact and robust, 3. the unit should have protected against open circuit and short circuit for the cables and circuit used, the design shall be modular so that only defective part needs to be replaced war ranty period: 12 months after the date of delivery
